邱根祥教授分期辨治女童性早熟经验
Experience of QIU Genxiang in Staged Differentiation and Treatment of Precocious Puberty in Girls
摘要
Abstract
Professor QIU Genxiang believes that the etiology of precocious puberty in girls is primarily as-sociated with kidney yin deficiency,hyperactivity of liver fire,and liver stagnation with spleen deficiency.The disease involves the kidneys,liver,and spleen,and should be treated with a staged differentiation and dy-namic regulation approach.In the early and middle stages of the disease,the core treatment focuses on nourish-ing yin to reduce fire and clearing liver fire,supplemented by soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen.The commonly used Leishi Yisui Jianghuo Fang(雷氏益髓降火方)can effectively improve secondary sexual characteristics.In the later stage of the disease,the treatment should emphasize strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidneys,consolidating the root and fostering vitality,using modified Yougui Wan(右归丸).Pro-fessor QIU applies the holistic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)to achieve phased interven-tion——from nourishing yin and reducing fire to fortifying the spleen and kidneys——forming a therapeutic chain of"purging with supplementation and dynamic balance,"ultimately delaying sexual development and regulating endocrine equilibrium.A case example is appended for verification.关键词
