Chief Physician Zhang Huimin's Experience in Treating Pediatric Functional Abdominal Pain from the Liver Perspective
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theory of visceral qi movement,Chief Physician ZHANG Huimin proposes that pe-diatric functional abdominal pain(FAP)results from liver stagnation disrupting visceral qi dynamics,where"obstruction leads to pain."In clinical practice,she emphasizes liver regulation through five therapeutic ap-proaches:dispersing liver stagnation,restraining wood to strengthen earth,softening the liver to relieve spasms,clearing liver fire,and nourishing blood-yin.Her self-formulated Xiangzha Zhushao Hegan Tang(香楂术芍和肝汤)demonstrates remarkable efficacy for pediatric FAP with liver depression-spleen deficiency qi stagnation pattern.A representative case is included for validation.关键词
