Abstract
Petrochemical enterprises have production characteristics such as flammability,explosiveness,high temperatures and pressures,toxicity and harm.In recent years,the safe production situation has become increasingly severe due to factors such as the intensification of crude oil deterioration and the acceleration of product quality upgrades.To effectively resolve prominent contradictions in safety management,a petrochemical enterprise has taken process safety management as the entry point.Based on the effective implementation of risk control measures in each management link of the petrochemical industry,and with the strong support of informa-tion construction,it integrates cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud compu-ting,artificial intelligence,and 5G to build a"Digital Intelligence+"process safety control model.By establis-hing multi-parameter combined early warning modules and alarm push platforms,building risk classification control and hidden danger investigation functions as well as dynamic risk monitoring and early warning func-tions,and constructing a digital emergency command system,the management goals of real-time risk control,information-based hidden danger investigation,intelligent safety supervision,visualized plant management,and scientific emergency response have been achieved.It has promoted the transformation of safety management from static analysis to dynamic perception,from post-event emergency response to pre-event prevention,and from single-point control to overall joint defense.关键词
