Abstract
Qiao Ye has completed her local work Bao Shui by continuously "running through villages" and "immersing in villages," capturing the tremendous changes in rural areas of the new era.Compared to previous non-fictional writing on local themes,Qiao Ye's gaze shifts from the inner world of a female indi-vidual to the external world of the collective.She depicts the new countryside with a combination of per-ceptual and cognitive narrative perspectives,highlights character images with a narrative language that is both interesting and lyrical,and portrays "new rural people" with keen social observation and profound lo-cal sentiments.Qiao Ye's extraordinary narrative ability and her efforts to break free from herself by turn-ing to new local narratives have all become vivid footnotes in her literary creation process.关键词
