The Applicable Principles and Balance Orderliness of Inclusive and Prudent Regulations in Financial Technology
摘要
Abstract
Driven by the dual forces of financial demand and technological deepening,the resources of the financial industry continue to be optimized and allocated,prompting the financial industry to develop from information finance to Internet finance,and further to financial technology,corresponding to the formation of institutional regulation,functional regulation and twin peaks regulation.Financial technology has brought significant challenges to traditional financial regulation in the process of innovative development,mainly reflected in the"trilemma",which is difficult to simultaneously achieve financial technology innovation,prevent financial technology risks,and simplify financial technology rules.By adopting theoretical research methods,inclusive prudential regulation can optimize the simplicity of financial technology rules,promote financial technology innovation and prevent financial technology risks.By adopting a comparative research method,it is found that there are internal and external conflicts in the inclusive and prudent regulation of financial technology both domestically and internationally.Based on the balanced experience of inclusive and prudent regulation of financial technology both at home and abroad,as well as the reality of localized financial regulation,China can establish a balance mechanism for inclusive and prudent regulation of financial technology,optimize the simplicity of financial technology rules,in order to achieve the dual goals of innovative development and risk prevention of financial technology.关键词
