摘要

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence and computer vision technologies,object detection techniques,particularly the YOLO series algorithms,have provided innovative solutions for the intelligent management and control of river and lake ecological spaces.Addressing the challenges of detecting small targets such as river debris,water gauge markings,and construction personnel in complex aquatic environments,this study employs a combination of literature analysis,case studies,and empirical analysis to systematically review the technological evolution and typical applications of object detection techniques in four key areas:hydrological and water resources management,water environment protection and governance,hydraulic engineering safety,and waterfront space management.The study focuses on analyzing the impact of algorithmic improvements on application efficiency and validates the technical feasibility through empirical cases such as the"Multimodal Waterlogging Monitoring System"and the"Waterfront Behavior Supervision System"in Beijing.The research findings indicate that while object detection technology has achieved breakthroughs in enhancing water level recognition accuracy and optimizing inspection efficiency,it provides theoretical support and practical references for the construction of smart water management systems.
