Research on the Full-process Management Model and Technology of Environmental and Water Conservation of Expressways under the Concept of Low Environmental Impact Construction

Abstract
With the enhancement of environmental awareness and the deepening of the concept of sustainable development,the concept of low-environmental impact construction has become increasingly important in the construction of highways.This article is based on Gansu Hesai Expressway and based on"ecosystem management theory"and"full process control theory",it constructs a highway ring water conservation process management model and technology under the concept of low-environmental impact construction.In terms of management model,we will clarify the four-dimensional structure of"organizational structure-management mechanism-technical method-guarantee system"to solve the problems of fragmented and extensive traditional management;in terms of technical research,we will use drone monitoring technology to determine aerial measurement parameters in high-altitude areas and improve monitoring efficiency and accuracy.The research results can directly provide a standardized paradigm for the management of highway ring water protection in the ecologically sensitive areas of the Yellow River Basin,fill the technical gap in the highway ring water protection process in the alpine grassland area,and are of great value to promote the coordinateddevelopment of ecological protection and high-quality transportation in the Yellow River Basin.关键词
