Abstract
This study focuses on the preparation and performance evaluation of high-modulus central plant hot-recycled asphalt mixture(ATB-25)to address the severe rutting issues in Xinjiang's high-temperature arid regions under heavy traffic conditions.Using 40%RAP content and HZ-A high-modulus additive,we optimized a two-stage mixing process involving initial dry mixing of aggregates with the additive followed by wet mixing with asphalt and RAP,with key parameters determined by Marshall design method.Results demonstrate that the optimized mixing process significantly enhances binding strength,with 0.65%high-modulus additive achieving optimal performance(dynamic stability:9,325 passes/mm;failure strain:2,123 με).The optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio was 4.10%,meeting ATB-25 base layer specifications.The mixture exhibited excellent high-temperature rutting resistance,low-temperature cracking resistance,moisture stability,and dynamic modulus,all conforming to standards.This approach successfully achieves efficient 40%RAP recycling through staged mixing and precise dosage control,providing technical support for anti-rutting pavement design in high-temperature heavy-load regions.关键词
