Abstract
This study takes the new energy retrofit project of Lianhuo Expressway Zhengzhou North Service Area as a typical case,systematically analyzing the practical pathways and implementation effects of integrating highway expansion projects with new energy technologies in Henan Province.The project adopts a technical route combining"photovoltaic carports+energy storage microgrids+smart energy management systems"featuring a total installed capacity of 1.2 MWp photovoltaic system paired with 2 MW ⋅ h energy storage devices.The system achieves an annual electricity generation of 1.42 million kW ⋅ h,with the service area's energy self-sufficiency rate reaching 42%and annual CO2 emission reductions of 812 tons.Through life cycle assessment,the project demonstrates an investment payback period of 8.6 years and an internal rate of return of 9.3%.The research reveals key design considerations for new energy systems under the climatic conditions of the Central Plains region and proposes a"synchronized planning and phased implementation"construction model for expansion projects.关键词
