Research on the Influence of Multi-Physics Coupling on the Measurement of High-Frequency Sensors in Substations

Abstract
High-frequency sensors are essential in power systems for detecting partial discharge signals in high-voltage equipment,facili-tating the diagnosis of insulation faults,and ensuring the reliable operation of electrical infrastructure.However,sensor performance can be significantly affected during substation measurements due to the coupling effects of temperature,humidity,vibration,and electromag-netic interference,compromising the accuracy of discharge detection.To assess the impact of multi-physical field coupling on sensor re-liability,the working principles of high-frequency sensors are investigated.By using a multi-physical field coupling test platform,sensor performance is evaluated under the combined influence of five physical fields:temperature,humidity,vibration,electric field,and mag-netic field.Multivariate regression analysis is applied to model the data and identify the variation trends of sensor measurements under these coupled conditions.This research offers insights into correcting sensor measurements and improving their accuracy in complex op-erational environments.关键词
