圆弧式新型二维开关阀设计与试验研究
Design and experimental research of new two-dimensional on/off valve with circular arc

Abstract
As a responsive and simple structure of electro-hydraulic control conversion elements,hydraulic switch valve is widely used in many fields.Most hydraulic valves mainly focus on the pilot valve and main valve separation and spool single movement in order to address the volume,leakage,flow resistance and other problems.The design of a new type of arc type two-dimensional switch valves,through the rotary movement of the spool and the axial movement to open and close high-speed reciprocating motion.First,the structural design of the new two-dimensional switch valve of circular arc type is made to determine the stability of the circular arc-type pilot structure.Then,the flow and leakage are theoretically analyzed and verified through CFD simulation for the relevant design specifications.Finally,the corresponding test platform is built to verify the new two-dimensional switching valve of circular arc type.The comparative analysis is made according to the relevant data.Results show the new two-dimensional switching valve of circular arc type performs well.The rationality and reliability of the arc type two-dimensional switching valve are verified,providing some insights for optimizing the spool double-degree-of-freedom structure.关键词
