Design of non-inductive detection and control system for DC brush motor
摘要
Abstract
Motor magnetic induction device is large in size and prone to failure under harsh working conditions.This paper proposes a non-inductive detection and control system based on motor current and ripple.To reduce the noise of the DC component of the current during motor startup,an adaptive filtering algorithm combining the least square method and Kalman filtering is proposed.The hardware circuit of contact-less detection and its parameter calculation are analyzed.A design of intelligently switching the contact-less detection mode according to the operating status of the motor is introduced.Results show the adaptive filtering algorithm outperforms the traditional filtering methods in noise suppression and dynamic tracking.By intelligently switching the detection mode,the system is less demanding in the computing power while ensuring accuracy.关键词
