城市更新背景下历史街区适老化改造路径研究
Research on Aging-Adaptive Renovation Pathways for Historic Districts in the Context of Urban Renewal:A Case of Pingyao Ancient City

Abstract
Against the backdrop of urban renewal,the adaptation of historical districts for the elderly is not only a significant issue for improving people's livelihood,but also a crucial aspect of the dynamic protection and inheritance of cultural heritage.Taking Pingyao Ancient City as a case for study,this paper,through on-site investigation and questionnaire analysis,reveals the actual difficulties faced by the elderly residents in the ancient city in terms of daily convenience,medical care,spiritual culture,and social communication.It points out the contradiction in the current renewal practice that overly emphasizes tourism functions while neglecting the daily needs of the residents.Based on the theoretical framework of integrity,continuity of life,and rational utilization,this paper proposes a micro-renewal path that combines point,line,and surface,aiming to enhance the quality of life for the elderly residents while preserving the historical appearance of the ancient city.关键词
