Abstract
The new round of protection planning for the historical and cultural city of Fuzhou is based on the construction of the historical and cultural protection and inheritance system,the reform of the territorial spatial planning system,and other new era backgrounds.It innovatively proposes the protection concept of"three increases and one decrease",and systematically constructs a comprehensive and hierarchical transmission protection and inheritance system.The plan aims to achieve systematic protection and sustainable development of historical and cultural heritage through value recognition upgrading,spatial expansion,innovative activation modes,collaborative planning and management,and scientific governance mechanisms.The practice has shown that this model provides a"Fuzhou sample"for the protection of historical and cultural cities under the reform of the territorial spatial planning,and has demonstrative significance for improving the urban and rural historical and cultural protection and inheritance system.关键词
