基于构建故障性质判据的配电网中性点动态接地系统研究

Abstract
The power supply reliability of small resistance grounding system in distribution network of is low,and there is a problem of high resistance protection rejection,while the arc extinguishing coil grounding system is difficult to select lines.Aiming at the disadvantage of the grounding system men-tioned above,a neutral dynamic grounding system is proposed.Using neutral voltage threshold compari-son and time delay processing to distinguish the nature of single-phase grounding faults,different neu-tral grounding methods are adopted according to the different types of faults,thus achieving differentiated fault handling.Especially when solving of high resistance grounding fault,the secondary increment of the zero sequence current can be achieved by switching the resistance branch of the switch,providing a basic signals for fault line selection.Using Simulink simulation to verify the feasibility of the grounding system,the simulation results show that the dynamic grounding system can achieve rapid arc extinguishing of tran-sient faults,and precise line selection for permanent faults.Its transition resistance processing capacity is up to 5 000 Ω,with good application prospects.关键词
