±400kV环保型直流穿墙套管干燥空气绝缘性能研究

Abstract
Ultra high voltage direct current(DC)wall bushings are commonly used SF6 as the main insu-lation medium,which is also the important component of high-voltage transmission systems.Nowadays,it is meaningful to find the alternative gases to replace SF6,the dry air used as an insulation medium in±400 kV DC wall bushings meets the development requirements for environmentally friendly high-volt-age electrical equipment.Firstly,the electrical simulation was conducted on the three-dimensional model of the wall bushing,which obtained the electric field and potential distribution.Based on the loca-tion and numerical of the maximum electric field strength inside the wall bushing,different electrode structures were designed.Meanwhile,different electrode structures were investigated under AC and DC voltages in the range of 0.5~1.0 MPa air pressure to study the breakdown characteristics of dry air.The results indicate that the breakdown voltage of dry air generally increases with increasing air pressure,and the saturation phenomenon occurs at higher pressures.Concerning simulation and experimental results,dry air at 0.9 MPa shows the potential as an internal insulation gas for environmentally friendly±400 kV wall bushings.关键词
