110kV复合绝缘横担覆冰工况下力学特性分析研究
Analysis and Study on Mechanical Characteristics of 110 kV Composite Insulation Cross Arm Under Ice-Coating Condition

Abstract
In recent years,the frequent occurrence of extreme weather has caused great security risks to the normal operation of power system.The use of new composite insulated cross arm can effectively im-prove the insulation and mechanical properties of transmission lines.The ice resistance of 110 kV com-posite insulated cross arm is studied by establishing the static finite element analysis model,and the skew degree and stress distribution on cross arm are analyzed.The results show that under the normal ice cover thickness of 5mm,the maximum equivalent stress of 73.97 MPa is generated around the end members,which is 21.44%of the yield strength of the composite cross arm.The maximum displacement of 1.678 7 mm was generated at the end of the tie rod,which reached 7.08%of the allowable skew degree of the cross arm.Different ice thicknesses were set to simulate the operation of the cross arm under re-peated ice conditions,and the analysis of simulation results predicted that the ultimate ice thickness that the composite cross arm could withstand was 30mm.In addition,the stress of the composite cross arm under repeated ice-breaking conditions was further analyzed.The results show that:when the ice thick-ness reaches 30mm,the maximum equivalent stress of the composite cross arm is 274 MPa,which is close to 79.56%of the yield strength of the material.At this time,the equivalent stress of each compo-nent is still within the safe range,and the composite cross arm has good mechanical properties.关键词
