多回线路工频零序参数带电测量技术发展与展望
Development and prospect of live measurement technology for power frequency zero-sequence parameters of multi-circuit transmission line
摘要
Abstract
The live measurement of multi-circuit transmission lines zero-sequence parameters(LMZP)does not require the power outage of the measured line and the surrounding parallel lines,which has large actual demand.However,up to now,the application of live measurement in engineering is very rare.In view of this problem,this paper first analyzes the influencing factors of the accuracy of LMZP,and puts forward that the error of measuring small signal by voltage and current transformers should be given due attention.The non-power frequency and incremental method are the main meth-ods of LMZP.Combined with these two methods,it can further resist strong electromagnetic interference and improve the measurement accuracy.It is pointed out that it is feasible to generate incremental signals by using the opening and clos-ing operation of single-phase circuit breakers at one side of the line on the operating line,and there is no overvoltage and safety risk.It is pointed out that the technology of LMZP is ready for popularization and application.In the future,the distributed parameter algorithm of more than four-circuit lines and the miniaturization of non-power frequency power sup-ply need to be further studied,and the relevant standards should be expedited to standardize the LMZP.关键词
