Abstract
When the soil weight method is used to calculate the ultimate uplift capacity of the guyed disk founda-tion in the standard Code for Design of Foundation of Overhead Transmission Line(DL/T 5219-2023,here-inafter referred to as the Code),the negative pore water pressure in guyed disk is not considered,which leads to the problem that the soil under the guyed disk is not separated and the uplift contribution increases.Therefore,a more accurate calculation method is proposed.By establishing the vertical,horizontal and bending moment static equilibrium equations of the overall shear failure of the soil,the variational method is introduced to solve the equations,and the calculation formula of the ultimate uplift capacity of the guyed disk foundation in saturat-ed clays is derived,and the influence of cohesion and internal friction angle on ultimate uplift capacity is ana-lyzed.In addition,a simplified look-up table calculation process of load coefficients N1 and N2 is proposed.The results show the results calculated by the formula of ultimate uplift capacity derived in this paper are more than three times that calculatd by using the Code.The ultimate uplift capacity can be obtained efficiently by simpli-fied formula and look-up table method.The method in this paper makes up for the calculation defects of Code,and provides a reference for the design of guyed disk foundation under saturated clay geological conditions.The simplified formula and look-up table method are more convenient for engineering applications.关键词
