Tri-level Optimization Model for Defense Against False Data Injection Attack Based on Cyber Physical System of Power Grid
摘要
Abstract
The cyber physical system(CPS)of power grid suffers from false data injection attack(FDIA),which leads to large-scale power outages.Aimed at this problem,a defense-attack-defense tri-level optimization model for the de-fense against FDIA is put forward,which is based on the CPS of power grid with the installation of measurement protec-tion devices.In the upper-level defense model,the communication routing delivery constraints are considered to identi-fy the installing location of measurement protection devices.In the middle-level attack model,the communication rout-ing delivery risk is taken into account to identify the worst attack location for the power system that maximizes the load loss cost.According to the installation and the worst attack location identified by the upper-and middle-level models,the dispatching decisions on the safe operation of the power system are determined by the lower-level defense model.Fi-nally,simulation analysis is performed on examples,and results show that the proposed model can effectively improve the anti-interference capability of communication routings and the resilience of the CPS of power grid.关键词
