摘要
Abstract
To formulate grid restoration plans under high penetration of renewable energy,a grid restoration strategy that simultaneously considers frequency/voltage support strength and renewable energy uncertainties is proposed in this paper.First,system frequency security constraints are constructed by incorporating the support effects of multiple types of frequency regulation resources.Second,multiple renewable energy stations short-circuit ratio constraints are intro-duced to ensure the voltage support strength during the restoration process.On this basis,a two-stage optimization mod-el is established to enhance the solution efficiency.Aimed at the influences of renewable energy uncertainties on load restoration at the second stage,a weighted information gap decision method is employed to account for temporal vari-ations in renewable energy penetration.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed approach is validated through a modi-fied IEEE 39-bus system.关键词
