The Service Chain of Community Digital and Intelligent Elderly Care:Ideal Conformation,Realistic Constraint and Construction Path

Abstract
Community digital and intelligent elderly care service is a new model of elderly care service that integrates digital and intelligent technologies into the community elderly care service ecosystem.Viewed through the lens of a"service chain",China's practice can be understood as a network in which government,service providers,digital-intelligence technology suppliers,and service recipients function respectively as the meta node,practice node,integration node,and target node.Linked and coupled via the medium of digital intelligence,these actors initially configure a community digital-intelligent elderly-care service chain.This chain comprises three sub-chains:a transmission chain,a communication chain,and an integration chain.Ideally,it is a community-based configuration characterized by multi-stakeholder collaboration,bidirectional interaction,resource aggregation,and dig-ital-intelligent interconnectivity.Yet empirical observations from most regions reveal some operational frictions:ruptures in the transmission chain,blockages in the communication chain,and an absence of the integration chain.To overcome these constraints,the community digital-intelligent elderly care service chain should be constructed along three dimensions—supply,demand,and technology—through pathways of collaborative empowerment,consumption activation,and coupling interaction.关键词
