Formation Mechanisms of New Quality Productive Forces in Smart Agriculture

Abstract
Smart agriculture constitutes crucial new quality productive forces driving agricultural modernization and the development of an strong agricul-tural country.Building upon Marx's"machine system"theory and the Technology-Organization-Environment(TOE)framework,this study constructs an extended theoretical analytical framework to investigate the formation of new quality productive forces in smart agriculture.Through multi-case stud-ies of three representative practices-Intelligent"Wuhu Rice","Linying Digital Pepper",and"XAG Super Cotton Farm"-this research reveals the in-trinsic mechanisms and developmental pathways underlying the formation of smart agricultural productive forces under varying systemic conditions.The findings demonstrate that the prerequisite for cultivating new quality productive forces lies in disruptive technological innovations that spawn intelligent agricultural machinery systems,which form the foundational matrix for nascent productive forces.The synergistic interplay between an enabling govern-ment and an efficient market emerges as the core driving mechanism,effectively bridging the transformation channel from technological achievements to practical productive forces.Meanwhile,the new agricultural management system serves as the primary implementation vehicle,facilitating comprehen-sive deployment of smart agricultural productive forces.Accordingly,strategic priorities should focus on intensifying core technological breakthroughs,promoting demonstration applications of smart agricultural equipment and technologies,improving agricultural socialized service systems,enhancing equipment procurement subsidies,and progressively transmitting smart agricultural innovations into tangible productive forces that catalyze new agricul-tural industries,models,and growth dynamics.关键词
