Abstract
Strengthening the integrated innovation of the whole industry chain can inject new momentum into the development of new quality productive forces and better play the leading and demonstration role of the Pilot Free Trade Zone as an open highland.Firstly,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of the whole industrial chain in Pilot Free Trade Zone from the aspects of development stages,spatial layout and policy support,and comprehensively grasps the development trend of its openness and innovation.Secondly,it clarifies the theoretical connotation and constituent ele-ments of the new quality productive forces,and discusses in depth the core factors driving its development.On this basis,a three-dimensional analyti-cal framework covering institutional innovation,cross-border flow of factors and industrial chain synergy is constructed to reveal the theoretical logic of the development of new quality productive forces driven by open innovation of the whole industrial chain in Pilot Free Trade Zone.Its practical logic is explained in the light of the typical cases of Zhejiang and Jiangsu Pilot Free Trade Zones.Finally,based on the theoretical framework and practical ex-perience,it puts forward the optimization path to promote the innovation and development of the whole industrial chain in the Pilot Free Trade Zone,so as to continuously cultivate and strengthen the newquality productive forces with richer institutional innovation achievements.关键词
