广东万年青属品种DUS测试指南的研制
Study on testing guideline of distinctness,uniformity and stability for Aglaonema Schott
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]Aglaonema Schott was an excellent indoor foliage plant,but its variety names were mixed in introduction and production,and there was a lack of unified descriptive basis for variety characteristics.So developing a distinctness,uniformity,and stability(DUS)testing guideline for A.Schott that was in line with China's actual situation and international standards was recessary.[Method]32 Aglaonema Schott variety resources were collected.According to the requirements of GB/T 19557.1"General Principles for Testing the Distinctness,Uniformity,and Stability of New Plant Varieties"and the"International Union for the Protection of New Plant Varieties(UPOV)TG/323/1"document as the main reference,combined with domestic breeding level and production reality,observation and statistical analysis were conducted to determine the DUS testing guideline for Aglaonema Schott in China,including the grading standards for testing characteristics,quantitative characteristics,and corresponding standard varieties.[Result]62 test characteristics were ultimately determined,including 55 basic characteristics and 7 selected characteristics;The minimum significant difference method was used to determine the grading criteria for 10 quantitative characteristics.[Conclution]Compared with the TG/323/1 file,one trait had been deleted,eight new characteristics had been added,and the expression status and code of one trait had been adjusted.This provides technical support for the scientific description,DUS testing,and variety authorization of Aglaonema Schott,and was of great significance for the breeding of new varieties.关键词
