兰属植物组织培养技术研究的文献计量分析
Bibliometric analysis of research on tissue culture technology of Orchidaceae plants
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to systematically sort out the research progress in the field of orchid tissue culture at home and abroad from 2000 to 2024,clarify the literature distribution characteristics,evolution law of research hotspots and core research forces in this field,and provide theoretical reference for the subsequent research innovation and application development in this field.[Method]Based on the literature related to orchid tissue culture collected in CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)and Web of Science(WOS)databases,this study used CiteSpace bibliometric analysis tool,combined with bibliometric method and knowledge graph visualization technology,to conduct quantitative statistics and data analysis on the literature from 2000 to 2024,focusing on exploring the network characteristics of literature publication time,number of papers published by authors and countries,knowledge base,keyword research hotspots and theme evolution.[Result]The research on orchid tissue culture can be divided into three stages:technical exploration period,system optimization period and application expansion period.The number of published papers showed an overall fluctuating growth trend.Among them,the literature in CNKI database had small peaks in 2006 and 2010,and the literature in WOS database showed significant growth in 2012 and 2022;There were obvious differences in research hotspots at home and abroad.The CNKI literature focused on tissue culture,rapid propagation technology,protocorm induction and the culture of specific species such as Cymbidium hybridum and Cymbidium goeringii,while the WOS literature focused on growth regulation,somatic embryogenesis,genetic diversity and molecular mechanisms such as transcription factors;Different core author groups were formed at home and abroad.The domestic core authors were mainly Li Zhilin,Wang Changxian,Zhu Genfa,etc.,and the international core author was centered on Teixeira da Silva Jaime A,but the cooperation between domestic and foreign research teams was relatively loose;China dominated the number of papers published in this field(100%in CNKI and 36.9%in WOS).The main domestic research institutions included Yunnan Agricultural University and Chinese Academy of Sciences,etc.The research institutions in Japan,India and other countries were more active in the international cooperation network.[Conclusion]From 2000 to 2024,the research on orchid tissue culture has developed continuously,and the number of papers and research depth have gradually increased.However,there are problems such as the differentiation of research hotspots at home and abroad and loose team cooperation.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen cross-field cooperation at home and abroad,promote the integration of molecular mechanism research and practical application,further improve the orchid tissue culture technology system,and help the high-quality development of this field.关键词
