播种时间对林下赤松茸农艺性状的影响
The effect of sowing date on the agronomic traits of Stropharia rugosoannulata under forest

Abstract
[Objective]To determine the optimal sowing time for Stropharia rugosoannulata(strain 'Zhongke No.1')under loquat forest in Putian,Fujian Province,and provide a scientific basis for the standardized cultivation of S.rugosoannulata in this region.[Method]Eight sowing time treatments(covering the key cultivation period from October 12 to December 22)were set up in a loquat orchard in Hanjiang District,Putian City.The effects of sowing time on the agronomic traits of S.rugosoannulata were systematically studied by measuring mycelial growth(time to full substrate colonization,growth rate,green mold incidence),fruiting body development(growth cycle,total yield,yield balance across flushes),and morphological traits(pileus diameter,pileus thickness).[Result]Sowing time had a significant effect on mycelial growth of S.rugosoannulata.The groups sown in mid-to-late November(November 12-22)showed the best performance,with the shortest time to full substrate colonization(38-40 d),the fastest growth rate(4.65-5.26 mm/d),and the lowest green mold incidence(0-0.39%).In contrast,the mycelia of the October 12 group showed abnormal germination,while mycelial growth of the mid-to-late December groups was inhibited.For fruiting bodies,the period from November 2 to December 2 was the suitable sowing window,during which the growth cycle was stable(104 d)and the total yield was high.Among these,the November 22 group had the highest total yield(6.07 kg/m2)with balanced yield across flushes.The total yields of the October 12 group and late December groups were extremely low(0.65-3.29 kg/m2),and the October 12 group had a disordered growth cycle.In terms of morphological traits,the color of S.rugosoannulata fruiting bodies was determined by genetics;the mid-early sown groups had larger pileus diameters in the first flush,and the pileus thickness of the first two flushes met the high-quality standard(≥22 mm)but decreased significantly after the third flush.[Conclusion]The preferred sowing time for S.rugosoannulata(strain 'Zhongke No.1')under loquat forest in Putian area is mid-to-late November.Focusing on harvesting the first two flushes in production can achieve high quality and high yield of S.rugosoannulata.关键词
