NaCl胁迫下果园适生草种萌发及幼苗的生理响应机制
Physiological response mechanisms of germination and seedlings in orchard-adaptive grass species under NaCl stress

Abstract
[Objective]This study compared the seed germination and seedling growth parameters of four grass species,namely Lotus corniculatus,Lolium perenne,Festuca elata,and Agrostis clavata.Salt-tolerant grass species were screened out to provide experimental basis for the practice of inter-row grass growing in saline-alkali soils.[Method]In this study,four seeds of Lotus corniculatus,Lolium perenne,Festuca elata and Agrostis clavata were selected to analyze the effects of 0,50 and 100 mmol/L NaCl on the growth performance,germination rate,seeding fresh weight,soluble protein content,antioxidant enzyme(SOD,POD)activities and malondialdehyde(MDA)content of these four seeds.The objective of this study was to screen grass species suitable for cultivation in the inter-row spaces of economic forests in saline-alkali regions.[Result]50 mmol/L NaCl significantly increased the germination rate of Lotus corniculatus,but significantly decreased that of Festuca elata.However,the germination rate of Festuca elata was higher than that of the other three species.NaCl inhibited the fresh weight of seedlings of all four species and significantly increasing the soluble protein content in Festuca elata seedlings.50 mmol/L NaCl significantly enhanced the SOD activity in Lotus corniculatusseedlings,while exerting no significantly effect on the seedings of the other three species.NaCl stress significantly elevated POD activity in Lolium perenne.seedlings,with no significant impact on the seedings of the other three species.After NaCl stress,the MDA content in seedlings of Lotus corniculatus,Festuca elata and Agrostis clavata remained relatively stable without significant fluctuations.[Conclusion]Among the four grass species suitable for orchard growth,Festuca elata exhibited the highest germination rate.After treatment with 50 mmol/L NaCl,it showed no significant decrease in fresh weight,a significant increase in soluble protein content,and relatively stable SOD,POD activities,and MDA content.These characteristics indicate that Festuca elata has better salt tolerance.关键词
