绿肥套种对红壤丘陵区柑橘产量与品质的影响
Effect of green manure intercropping on citrus yield and quality in red soil hilly areas

Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the effects of different green manure crops(Vicia villosa,Vigna cylindrica,and winter-summer intercropping)on citrus yield,fruit appearance,and physicochemical quality in red soil citrus orchards,providing scientific basis for eco-friendly soil management in citrus orchards.[Method]Five treatments were established in a red soil hilly area 'Ehime 28' citrus orchard:conventional management,clean cultivation with weed removal,winter-planted Vicia villosa,summer-planted Vigna cylindrica,and winter-summer intercropping.in a completely randomized block design.Twelve indicators were measured at harvest,including citrus yield,fruit appearance metrics,soluble sugar content,and vitamin C content.[Result]Winter-planted Vicia villosa significantly increased 'Ehime 28' citrus yield(10.93%higher than conventional management),while summer-planted Vigna cylindrica slightly reduced yield(-1.04%).Summer-planted Vigna cylindrica yielded the highest average fruit weight(205.33 g,+11.57%)but smallest fruit diameter(-6.38%).Regarding physicochemical quality,winter-summer intercropping yielded the optimal sugar-acid ratio(15.64,+16.37%)and highest soluble sugar content(13.1%);Summer-planted Vigna cylindrica significantly increased pulp-to-seed ratio(+10.70%).[Conclution]Therefore,the winter-planted Vicia villosa and summer-planted Vigna cylindrica intercropping system synergistically enhances citrus yield and flavor quality.It represents an optimized choice for green manure cultivation in red soil citrus orchards,offering dual benefits of soil improvement and ecological sustainability.关键词
