不同定植方式对林下栽培灵芝的影响
Effects of different planting methods on Ganoderma lucidum in under-forest cultivation

Abstract
[Objective]Screening the suitable planting methods for the imitation wild cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum under the forest,and providing scientific basis and technical support for the standardized cultivation of G.lucidum industry under the forest.[Method]Using broadleaf sawdust and tea branches as the cultivation substrate,four planting treatments were established,vertical"品"shape arrangement,vertical single-bag arrangement,horizontal"品"shape arrangement,and horizontal single-bag arrangement.Through the management of G.lucidum emergence in simulated wild under-forest cultivation,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the contamination rate of fungal bags,emergence rate,yield,fruit body characteristics,and quality of G.lucidum.[Result]G.lucidum under the vertical single-bag arrangement exhibited the best comprehensive performance:it had the highest mushroom production rate(92.33%)and the lowest contamination rate(3.67%).Additionally,this treatment achieved the highest yield and good agronomic traits of fruiting bodies,while no significant differences were observed in polysaccharide and triterpene contents compared with other treatments.The comprehensive performance of G.lucidum under the vertical"品"-shape arrangement was superior to that under the horizontal single-bag arrangement;In contrast,the horizontal"品"-shape arrangement performed the worst in terms of contamination rate,mushroom production rate,yield,and other indicators.[Conclusion]For G.lucidum cultivated in simulated wild under-forest cultivation,the vertical single-bag arrangement is the optimal planting method,which can serve as the recommended colonization mode for under-forest cultivated G.lucidum in Fujian Province.关键词
