大球盖菇高产高效栽培关键技术研究
Study on key technologies for high-yield and high-efficiency cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata

Abstract
[Objective]To tackle the problems of unstable yield and a low proportion of first-grade Stropharia rugosoannulata in Sanming City,Fujian Province,this research aims to offer guidance for enterprises to cultivate S.rugosoannulata efficiently and improve their economic benefits.[Method]By introducing the novel S.rugosoannulata variety 'Shenqiu No.2',characterized by high yield and superior agronomic traits,screening experiments were carried out on diverse substrate formulas,casing materials,and cultivation modes.The yield of first-grade mushrooms and the total yield of S.rugosoannulata were compared,and the DPPH free radical scavenging rate of fruiting bodies and the activity of polyphenol oxidase(PPO)were determined.[Result]In the screening of substrate formulas,Formula 3(rice straw:sawdust:waste forage from dairy farms=40%:25%:35%)demonstrated the optimal performance,with DPPH free radical scavenging rate of 106.79%,a first-grade mushroom yield of 3.08 kg/m²,a total yield of 14.68 kg/m²,and the PPO enzyme activity of 13.20 U/g.In the screening of casing materials,using Tremella mushroom spent substrate as the casing soil led to the shortest fruiting time(49 days)and the highest first-grade mushroom yield(3.28 kg/m²),which were 6 days shorter and 47.1%higher than those of the control group,respectively.In the cultivation mode screening,the fruiting time in the arched tunnel was 48 days(7 days shorter than the control),with a first-grade mushroom yield of 4.43 kg/m² and a total yield of 15.06 kg/m²,both significantly higher than those in open-field cultivation.[Conclusion]The key technology for the efficient cultivation of 'Shenqiu No.2' in Sanming City,Fujian Province,involves using a substrate formula of rice straw:sawdust:waste forage from dairy farms=40%:25%:35%,Tremella mushroom spent substrate residue as the casing soil material,and adopting the large arch shed cultivation mode.关键词
