摘要
Abstract
The science and technology commissioner system is a crucial policy instrument in China designed to foster the alignment of scientific research institutions,universities,and industries.Based on nationwide case studies and policy innovations,this paper examines how facilitate technology transfer and commercialization,offering actionable recommendations to enhance their effectiveness.The study finds that,leveraging differentiated service mechanisms,effectively shorten the transformation cycle of technological achievements from the laboratory to the market.However,further breakthroughs are still needed in areas such as precise matching,incentive mechanisms,and regional coordination.关键词
