粘质沙雷氏菌BS-1对云斑白条天牛幼虫体内蛋白质含量和防御类酶活性的影响
Effect of Serratia marcescens BS-1 on protein content and defense-like enzyme activities in Batocera lineolata larvae

Abstract
[Objective]The effect of Serratia marcescen BS-1 infection on protein content and defense-like enzyme activities in the midgut and hemolymph of Batocera lineolata larvae was explored to provide insights into the mechanism of bacterial action on B.line-olata.[Method]B.lineolata 4th instar larvae were soaked in the suspension of S.marcescens BS-1 and fed with an artificial diet con-taining BS-1 solution.The midgut and hemolymph of the larvae were sampled at 1,3,5,7,and 9 d post-infection to determine the protein content and activities of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),acetylcholinesterase(AChE),carboxylesterase(CarE),and glutathione-S-transferases(GST).[Result]The protein content in the midgut and hemolymph firstly increased,and then declined from the 3rd and 5th day,respectively.The activities of POD and SOD in the midgut followed a trend of up-down-up,while those in the hemolymph experienced an up-down variation;the responses of POD and SOD in the hemolymph generally lagged behind those of the midgut.The CAT activity had a single up-down fluctuation in the midgut,while showed a multi-peak fluctuation of up-down-up-down in the hemolymph.The AChE activity in the midgut was finally stabilized after an initial up-down variation,while showed an up-down trend in the hemolymph.Speaking of similarities,the CarE activity was inhibited,and the GST activity both followed an up-down-up-down fluctuation in the 2 organs throughout the whole process.[Conclusion]S.marcescens BS-1 significantly affected the protein content and activities of defense-like enzymes in the midgut and hemolymph of B.lineolata lar-vae,thus exerting toxic impacts on them.关键词
