采伐方式对白桦次生林土壤有机碳密度的影响
Effect of cutting method on soil organic carbon density in Betula platyphylla secondary forests

Abstract
[Objective]The influencing mechanism of different cutting methods on soil organic carbon density(SOCD)under Betula platyphylla secondary forests in Daxing′anling forest region was investiagted,to provide scientific basis for improving its soil fertility,ecosystem stability and vegetation productivity.[Method]Interference plots were set up by gradual cutting,gradual cutting-replan-ting,clear cutting in B.platyphylla secondary forests in Daxing′anling,with the primary forests setting up as the control plots.Vari-ance analysis of single factor and grey correlation analysis were performed to analyze the differences in SOCD among different plots and its influencing factors.[Result](1)The SOCD of clear cutting plot was significantly higher than those of gradual cutting-replan-ting plot and gradual cutting plot(P<0.05),and was minimized in the primary forests plot.(2)The soils under all plots were weakly acidic,and their soil organic matter(SOM)content,soil moisture content,soil microbial diversity,diversity and evenness of arbor,shrub and grass were relatively higher.(3)SOCD was extremely positively correlated with soil physical and chemical prop-erties(except for bulk density)(P<0.01),positively correlated with soil microbial diversity,weakly positively correlated with stand structure,and negatively correlated with plant diversity.(4)Among the 4 plots,the fungal OTUs and SOM of clear cutting plot were most correlated with SOCD;gradual cutting-replanting and primary forests led to the highest correlation between SOM and SOCD;gradual cutting resulted in the greatest correlation between canopy density and SOCD.[Conclusion]SOM was the main con-tributor of SOCD;clear cutting led to the highest amount of SOCD,which boosted the soil organic carbon storage and growth of B.platyphylla secondary forests.关键词
