闽江河口湿地3种乡土植物根系内生微生物群落结构、多样性及功能
Root endophytic microbial community structure,diversity and function of 3 native plants in Minjiang estuary wetland

Abstract
[Objective]The study focused on the community structure characteristics and diversity of root endophytic microorganism in 3 native plants in Minjiang River estuary wetland to explore their ecological restoration functions.[Method]Root system of 3 native plants,namely Kandelia candel,Phragmites australis and Cyperus malaccensis,were sampled and analyzed by high-through-put sequencing to unveil the diversity and functional differences of their root endophytic microbial communities.[Result]For bacte-rial community,the Ace index,Shannon index and Sobs index followed the order of C.malaccensis>P.australis>K.candel.The root endophytic bacterial community of K.candel was mainly composed of Proteobacteria and Firmicutes,while those of C.malaccen-sis and P.australis were dominated by Thermodesulfobacteria and Bacteroidetes,and Thermodesulfobacteria showed high expression abundance in the function related to sulfur cycle.For fungal community,the Ace index,Shannon index and Sobs index were higher in the root system of P.australis than C.malaccensis.All the 3 kinds of plants were dominated by Ascomycota and Basidiomycota,with Phaeosphaeria,Psathyrella and Candida being the dominant genera.Phaeosphaeria was more abundant in K.candel and C.ma-laccensis,and Candida was mainly distributed in K.candel and P.australis.In terms of community functional composition,K.can-del had a high proportion of endophytic plant pathogens,while the proportion of saprophytic and pathogenic fungi in C.malaccensis and P.australis was higher.The assembly of bacterial communities was determined by deterministic factors,the heterogeneous selec-tion of C.malaccensis and P.australis was dominant,and the diffusion limitation of K.candel was dominant.The assembly of fungal communities was influenced by random factors,C.malaccensis were dominated by diffusion limitation,K.candel by heterogeneous selection,and P.australis by drift.[Conclusion]The bacterial community of C.malaccensis had advantage in the function of sulfur cycle,while P.australis was superior in fungal diversity.Specific bacteria were closely linked in ecological functions such as nitro-gen cycle.The microenvironment of different plant roots affected the diversity,structure and function of root endophytic microbial communities.关键词
