新能源在线评论信息下融入图卷积网络的稳健型多粒度群决策
Robust Multi-Granularity Group Decision-Making Using Graph Convolutional Networks for New Energy Online Review Information
摘要
Abstract
This paper presents an in-depth exploration of robust multi-granularity group deci-sion-making based on online review information of solar emergency lights by employing a graph conv-olutional network(GCN)model.First,sentiment analysis is conducted on the online reviews of so-lar emergency lights to identify users'sentiment tendencies toward the product,which are subse-quently represented as trapezoidal fuzzy numbers.Then,the GCN is utilized to calculate the weights of decision-makers and attributes.Next,a trapezoidal fuzzy multi-granularity group decision-making model is developed by integrating the multi-granularity probabilistic rough set and MULTIMOORA(multi-objective optimization by ratio analysis plus the full multiplicative form),with regret theory applied for multi-source information fusion.Finally,a case study on purchase decisions for solar e-mergency lights is carried out to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.关键词
