The Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in the Diagnosis of Keratoconus
摘要
Abstract
Keratoconus,a primary corneal ectatic disease commonly observed in adolescents,has garnered considerable attention due to its progressive visual impairment.With the rapid develop-ment of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,AI has demonstrated tremendous potential in the di-agnosis of keratoconus in ophthalmology.This paper explores recent scientific advances in AI appli-cations for keratoconus diagnosis,encompassing technological innovations such as deep learning and machine learning in the analysis of corneal topography and optical coherence tomography(OCT)im-ages.Notably,deep learning models based on convolutional neural networks(CNN)have signifi-cantly enhanced diagnostic automation and precision,effectively capturing subtle changes in corneal morphology.This holds great significance for early identification and treatment decisions regarding keratoconus,providing a scientific foundation and future direction for integrating AI into clinical ophthalmic practice.关键词
