Abstract
The multifunctional design of surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)substrate materials has become a research hotspot in the field of ultrasensitive pollutant detection.However,the simultaneous optimisation of economic cost and environmental benefit during preparation has re-ceived limited attention.In this study,five novel SERS substrate materials,including MXene,MOF,TiO2,TiOX,and CdS were investigated,the economic costs of the preparation process were quantified,and the emission intensities of greenhouse gases including CO2,N2 O,and CH4 were monitored simultaneously.On this basis,a system-coupled"economy-emission reduction"quantita-tive evaluation model was established.The results showed that MXene-based composites exhibited pronounced low-carbon advantages,CdS had the lowest economic cost,while TiO2 achieved the highest coordination degree under the"economy-emission reduction"strategy.This research pro-vides an optimized material selection strategy that balances detection performance and low-carbon prop-erties,offering a paradigm for advancing the"dual-carbon"goals in the field of analytical chemistry.关键词
