虾青素的生物合成及其在水产养殖中的应用
Biosynthesis of Astaxanthin and Its Application in Aquaculture
摘要
Abstract
Astaxanthin is a keto-carotenoid with strong antioxidant activity,and its functional value in aquaculture is becoming increasingly prominent.However,its efficient,green,and sus-tainable production and application pathways still require systematic review and in-depth exploration.By summarizing recent advances in the biosynthesis of astaxanthin and its applications in aquacul-ture,this review integrates and analyzes the synthesis strategies,metabolic regulation,and physio-logical effects of astaxanthin from the perspectives of"natural synthesis—heterologous construction—application efficacy".Finally,it is proposed that future research should focus on the rational design and dynamic regulation of key enzymes in astaxanthin synthesis and the economic optimization of mi-crobial cell factories.关键词
