摘要

Abstract

The Zhangping low-grade and complex polymetallic sulfide fluorite ore contains approximately 10%calcium fluoride(CaF2),10%sulfur,and associated copper,zinc,and other polymetallic resources.To achieve better comprehensive utilization of these resources,a research study on integrated utilization of this fluorite ore was conducted.Preliminary results demonstrate that by adopting a flotation process flow of"sequential copper-zinc-sulfur flotation followed by fluorite recovery from sulfur flotation tailings,"qualified copper concentrate,zinc concentrate,sulfur concentrate,and acid-grade fluorite concentrate with CaF2 content exceeding 97%can be obtained.This process effectively enables the comprehensive recovery of valuable components from the low-grade polymetallic fluorite ore in Zhangping.
