摘要

Abstract

Based on the decarburization theory of converter bottom blowing CO2 and boiling tapping process,the process parameters of converter bottom blowing CO2 and the operation scheme of boiling tapping were determined by orthogonal test,and the production process of low carbon steel was optimized.After the optimization of the process,the amount of carbon increase from converter tapping to argon station is 0.002%,which is reduced by 0.006%,the phosphorus increase rate of tapping is reduced by 11.61%,the TFe in slag is reduced by 7.15%,the steel material consumption is reduced by 16.9 kg/t,and the carbon oxygen concentration product of tapping is reduced by 3.76×10-4.The metallurgical effect is obvious.
