Abstract
This paper focuses on the measurement of total phosphorus in water through microwave digestion as a pretreatment method, comparing it with the traditional high-pressure steam digestion method.Compared with conventional digestion processes, microwave digestion offers higher energy efficiency, easier operation, and shorter processing time.In this study,a calibration curve was established using microwave digestion, and blank, standard, and actual water samples were analyzed.Comparative experiments were also conducted with the national standard high-pressure steam digestion method(the standard method). The results show that the total phosphorus concentrations measured by microwave digestion, when compared with those obtained by the standard method, exhibited no significant differences after statistical analysis using T-test and F-test.This indicates that the accuracy and precision of the microwave digestion method meet laboratory requirements, demonstrating its practicality. Moreover, the microwave digestion method is simple, efficient, and suitable for large-scale scientific sample testing and rapid analysis in emergency situations.关键词
