Abstract
In December,the 2022 of the new vacuum potassium carbonate desulphurization and acid-making systems for the gas purification system in the coke oven upgrading project at Sangang coking plant went into operation.It has been in use for over two years so far.Before putting the process into operation,our factory learned valuable practical production experience of the same kind of process from an active visit.After putting this technology into use,we continuously explored and innovated based on our plant's actual production conditions,preventing,identifying,and resolving a series of challenges in safety,process,and production.These included issues such as acid gas pipe plug,vacuum pump plug,desulphurization trough toxic gas release,desulphurization waste liquid difficult to deal with,acid tail gas transmission blocking,sulfuric acid pipe leakage,incinerator ignition fault frequent.关键词
