Abstract
In response to the critical issues of short lifespan and high energy consumption of regenerative bodies in the No.2 and No.3 heating furnaces of Fujian Sansteel's 3000 medium plate production line.By integrating theoretical analysis with engineering practices,a multi-dimensional collaborative transformation scheme is proposed,including the establishment of a dynamic zoned combustion control system,the development of a flue gas temperature balancing regulation method,and the invention of a stepped self-compensating regenerative box structure.Post-transformation results demonstrate significant improvements:the service life of regenerative bodies has been extended from 8 months to over 12 months,coal consumption per ton of steel has been reduced by 17.3%,and annual economic benefits have reached 1.966 million CNY.The proposed solution provides a reference engineering paradigm for similar regenerative heating furnace retrofits.关键词
