Abstract
The environmental dust removal box of the dry quenching coke oven has experienced severe internal concave deformation,and the box wall is rubbing against the bags,causing the bags to wear out in a short time,leading to particulate matter emissions exceeding standards;there are structural issues with the pipe heat exchanger,resulting in the base screws being cut off and the fan blades breaking;additionally,a small amount of smoke and dust escape during the secondary coke pushing process and the dust suction hood steel structure tilts to one side.By transforming the dust collector box structure,the flue gas heat exchange device,and the secondary coke pushing dust suction hood structure,the aforementioned problems are resolved,providing a reference for the design of environmental dust removal in dry quenching coke ovens.关键词
