摘要

Abstract

This article analyzes the reasons for the high turnover rate of metallurgical engineering majors in SG Company's ironmaking process,and concludes that high work intensity,poor working environment,and narrow career promotion channels are the main reasons why metallurgical engineering students are unwilling to stay in their positions and utilize their professional skills.By promoting digital construction,opening up channels for the development of technical positions,and strengthening the cultural quality construction of college students,the recognition of this major by college students and their expectations for future prospects have been enhanced,effectively alleviating the problem of high turnover rate among college students majoring in ironmaking and metallurgical engineering.
