Abstract
Compensation management is a crucial component of strategic human resource management in enterprises,directly impacting the enterprise's ability to attract talent,employee work performance and the enterprise's operational development.The paper takes the compensation management of F Company as the research object and comprehensively sorts out the core content of Company F's compensation management from three dimensions:position setting and job requirements,salary structure design and performance linkage mechanism.According to the in-depth analysis,it is found that the company has problems in compensation management such as insufficient fairness,weak performance correlation and insufficient talent attraction.Based on the Equity Theory,Expectancy Theory and Job Evaluation Theory,the paper proposes countermeasures including refining job standards,optimizing the salary structure and strengthening performance linkage.The purpose is to achieve the management goal of"taking job value as the foundation and performance contribution as the basis"and at the same time provide reference for the optimization of salary systems in similar state-owned enterprises.关键词
