乡村民宿主客互动对游客口碑推荐意愿的影响
The Influence of Host-Guest Interaction on Tourists' Word-of-Mouth Recommendation Intention:A Case Study of Mingyue Village

Abstract
Rural homestays play a vital role in promoting rural revitalization,and host-guest interaction is a key factor driving their high-quality development.Drawing on social exchange theory,this study constructs a model examining the relationships among host-guest interaction,experiential value,and tourists'word-of-mouth recommendation intention.Based on a field sur-vey of 296 homestays in Mingyue Village,Chengdu City,Sichuan Province and an analysis of the survey result by a structural equation model,the results indicate that the service interaction dimension of host-guest interaction has a significant positive ef-fect on tourists'intention to recommendation by word of mouth,all three dimensions of host-guest interaction significantly en-hance experiential value,and moreover,experiential value not only directly promotes tourists'recommendation intention but al-so mediates the relationship between host-guest interaction and word-of-mouth intention.Finally,the study proposes practical suggestions for creating interactive spaces,innovating service processes,and exploring local culture to further strengthen tour-ists'experiences and recommendations.关键词
