Optimization Strategies for Intangible Cultural Heritage to Promote the Revitalization of Rural Industries:Taking the Brewing Technique of Mahong Old Wine in X City,J Province as an Example

Abstract
Intangible cultural heritage represents the crystallization of civilization created by all the peoplein China over thou-sands of years,embodying the wisdom of the working population and possessing immense cultural and economic value.Effective-ly leveraging this heritage to promote rural revitalization and industrial development has become a major focus of contemporary academic research.Taking the brewing technique of Mahong Old Wine—a municipal-level intangible cultural heritage item in X City,J Province—as a case study,this paper constructs an analytical framework of"value protection-value excavation-value realization".It examines the industrial development process of Mahong Old Wine brewing and proposes optimization strategies to enhance its contribution to rural industrial revitalization.This study offers a concrete example of the industrialization pathway for grassroots intangible cultural heritage and provides insights for promoting the sustainable development of rural industries through heritage-driven value creation.关键词
