Practice and Experience in the Construction of Excellent Columns of Academic Journals:Taking East China Economic Management as an Example

Abstract
Column setting is the concrete embodiment of the idea,purpose and positioning of the journal,which directly re-flects the sensitivity and grasp of the hot issues,focus issues and practical problems in the field of the journal.Column construc-tion has become an effective means of periodical selection planning,content organization and high-quality development,and it is also a strategic choice for the innovative development of domestic academic journals.Taking"East China Economic Manage-ment"as an example,the paper introduces in detail its methods of retaining classic columns,creating characteristic columns,planning hot columns,etc.and starting with academic seminars,column moderator's recommendation project,column guest editor mechanism,column scholar cultivation plan.The practice and experience of improving the quality of manuscript source,estab-lishing academic community,shaping column brand and exploring the path of talent training are expected to provide some useful references for academic journals to better serve the Chinese publishing cause and the cause of Chinese cultural construction.关键词
